Retrieve delivery information about a physical card via POST request

Returns current delivery status and destination information of a customer's physical card.
This endpoint should be called only after the delivery process has already started.
Admins receive extra information in the response.

This endpoint is intended for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) operations and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations.
