Get all info for cards related to an account
This endpoint can be called after the orderCard endpoint is called successfully.
If this endpoint is called before activation, partial information of the card will be returned.
If card_number is returned as an empty string, this card is NOT READY for activation yet.
This endpoint is intended for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) operations.
